These terms apply to your use of the SLC website, web app and membership services (the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing membership, or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Contact email: hello@supercarluxecollective.co.uk

2) Definitions

Account: your login and membership profile in the web app
Member: an individual with an active paid membership
Events: meetups, socials, road trips, partner events, and any other activities organised or promoted by SLC
Perks: discounts, benefits or services offered by SLC or partners
Content: material in the Services including text, images, video and design assets

3) Eligibility and membership acceptance

3.1 You must be 18 or older to use the Services.

3.2 Membership may be subject to eligibility criteria (for example, car eligibility rules and/or membership verification).

3.3 We may refuse, suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary (e.g., fraud, safety risk, harassment, repeated breaches of these terms).

4) Account registration and security

4.1 You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your Account.

4.3 Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5) Membership features, voting and feedback

5.1 Member-only features may include events, road trips, perks, partner offers and voting/feedback features.

5.2 Voting/feedback is intended to shape club direction. We will make reasonable efforts to incorporate member input, but certain decisions may be constrained by safety, legality, availability, commercial practicality, or partner/venue requirements.

5.3 Where a vote is intended to be binding, this will be stated clearly in the web app at the point of voting.

6) Fees, billing and renewals

6.1 Membership fees, billing frequency and included benefits are shown at checkout and/or within your Account.

6.2 Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorise us (and our provider) to charge the applicable fees.

6.3 We may change prices for future periods. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of changes affecting renewals.

7) Cancellations and refunds

7.1 You may have statutory consumer rights under UK law for online purchases.

7.2 If membership includes immediate access to digital content and member areas, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected once service performance begins (where you have requested immediate access).

7.3 Membership refunds policy:
Unless required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once membership access has been granted.
Event tickets or paid add-ons may have separate cancellation/refund terms shown at booking.

8) Events and road trips: safety and responsibility

8.1 Participation in Events is optional and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own vehicle, driving, behaviour and compliance with all applicable laws (including road traffic laws).

8.2 SLC does not provide driving instruction or supervision. Routes, itineraries and suggested timings are for convenience only and may change.

8.3 You must ensure that you hold a valid driving licence, have appropriate insurance cover, and use a roadworthy vehicle suitable for the journey and intended use. These requirements must be met for the UK and for any other country in which the vehicle is driven.

8.4 We may refuse attendance or require you to leave an Event where necessary for safety or conduct reasons.

8.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property, or for fines/penalties arising from your actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9) Member conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against others
  • Behave in a way that endangers others (including unsafe driving behaviour connected to Events)
  • Misuse the Services (hacking, scraping, credential sharing, fraudulent claims)
  • Bring SLC into disrepute at Events, venues or with partners

We may suspend or terminate Accounts for serious or repeated breaches. Where a Member's conduct may constitute a breach of law, we reserve the right to seek legal advice and take appropriate legal action.

10) Partner perks and third-party services

10.1 Some perks are provided by third parties (partners). Availability and terms may change.

10.2 Unless explicitly stated, SLC is not the supplier of third-party goods/services and is not responsible for a partner's performance or disputes.

10.3 Any contract for third-party services is between you and the partner.

11) User content and event media

11.1 If you upload content (e.g., profile/vehicle images), you grant us a licence to host, store and display it solely to operate the Services.

11.2 Events may be photographed/filmed for community and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, contact us in advance and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request (we cannot guarantee you will not be captured incidentally in the background).

12) Intellectual property

SLC owns (or licenses) the Services, branding and design. You may not copy, resell or exploit the Services except as permitted by these terms.

13) Service availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.

14) Liability

14.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, business, goodwill) except where not permitted by law.

14.2 Subject to consumer law, our total liability to you for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the membership fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the community, partners or the Services.

16) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
